Waitlist privacy notice

Effective November 15, 2026

This notice covers the PlanHarbor waitlist on planharborapp.com. A full privacy policy for the PlanHarbor app will be published before the beta opens.

What we collect

Your first name, your email address, and, only if you choose to answer, which group describes you (still working, retired, in your 40s, or military retiree or veteran) and how you heard about PlanHarbor (if you choose "Other", the few words you add). If you arrived through a tagged link (for example from one of our posts), we also note which link it was. We do not ask for your phone number, address, or any financial information.

Why

To email you about PlanHarbor's private beta and launch. If you tick the box for news and explainers, we also send occasional PlanHarbor news and plain-language retirement articles. The group you choose helps us send the information that fits you; how you heard about us tells us which of our posts and talks are useful.

Where it is kept

With our email provider, HubSpot, in the United States. HubSpot handles it for us under its customer terms and may not use it for its own purposes.

What we don't do

We never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing. This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads nothing from advertising networks.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you haven't joined PlanHarbor within 12 months after public launch, we delete it.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your details, email privacy@planharborapp.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Age

The waitlist is for adults in the United States. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date above and, for a material change, tell waitlist members by email.
